Bridges

Inlays and Onlays

An inlay is the preferred treatment when tooth decay or damage lies within the cusp tips of the tooth. An onlay is the appropriate remedy if the extent of damage is greater. An onlay repairs damage that is affecting the entire chewing surface of one or more tooth cusp tips. Inlays and onlays both preserve healthy tooth structure and strength. The strongest material for both is gold, which we bond to posterior teeth for extremely strong durable restorations. In parts of the mouth which are not readily visible, gold is still the hands down best choice for a restoration.

Sometimes, restoring a full, healthy smile requires a comprehensive approach.
